- As an independent licensed broker working only with buyer clients you will never have to deal with dual agency situations: a scenario in which the broker representing you as the buyer is also representing the seller. If you work with a major brokerage there is a distinct possibility you may find yourself in a dual agency situation.
- As an independent broker we are not subject to pressure by management to meet sales targets and close transactions. You will not be pressured into making offers, increasing price for offers or stepping up to a budget that is above your requirements or means.
- Steve works with a maximum of only 2-3 buyers at a time, assuring sufficient resources are dedicated to all clients.

- As a former Board President of a prestigious Upper East Side condominium, very familiar with building policies and maintenance issues which could impact the value of your investment.
- Substantial experience assisting clients with board packages/applications for coop and condominium boards.
